Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
Napa House Painters ("we," "us," or "our") runs the website housepaintersnapa.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, call us or send an estimate request, and how that information is used.
Information You Give Us
When you fill out an estimate request form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, town and the service you need, plus anything optional you add, such as your email address, details about your project and how you found us. We use this only to respond to your request and arrange your estimate.
Phone Calls and Messages
Calls and text messages to our phone number pass through a call tracking service. Calls may be recorded, and voicemails may be transcribed, so requests are handled accurately. We use these records only to respond to you and to keep track of service requests.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, ours may collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you. This helps us understand how the site is used and fix problems. Our site and its service providers may use cookies for this purpose. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How Your Information Is Shared
Your request is shared with the independent local contractor who handles work in your area, so they can contact you and provide your estimate. We also use service providers that help run the website, forms and phone line, and they handle your information only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
California Residents
If you live in California, you may ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context advertising. To make a request, email hello@housepaintersnapa.com. We won't treat you differently for making one.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information only as long as we need it to handle your request and meet any legal or record-keeping obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No website or electronic transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us at hello@housepaintersnapa.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
